
The JCC indoor pool is a great place to get some exercise and have fun, whether you're swimming laps or playing water games with the kids. The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Fridays.
You can check the pool schedule online or at the JCC front desk to see when the pool is available for lap swimming, water aerobics, or family swim time. The pool schedule is subject to change, so it's always a good idea to double-check the hours before heading over.
The JCC Fitness Center is also located within the building and offers a range of equipment and classes to help you reach your fitness goals. The Fitness Center is open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Fridays.
Pool Schedule

On Mondays through Thursdays, except for 4-6 p.m., lap swimmers can enjoy a quiet swim in one of the lanes.
Fridays through Sundays, the pool is open all day for lap swimmers to use.
Inclement weather, power outages, and other unexpected events can cause the pool to close unexpectedly, so it's a good idea to stay informed about any changes.

Fitness Center
The JCC Fitness Center is a great place to get in shape and have fun at the same time. It's open Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You can choose from a variety of group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, and spinning. These classes are designed to help you get a great workout and meet new people.
The Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, including cardio machines and free weights. You can also work with a personal trainer to create a customized fitness plan.
