Hours

Hours can be divided into smaller units for better time management.
A standard hour has 60 minutes, which can be further broken down into smaller increments.
The 24-hour clock is a common way to display time, with 0-23 representing the hours of the day.
Many people work a 9-to-5 schedule, with 8 hours of work and 1 hour of lunch break.
Some countries use a 12-hour clock, with AM and PM designations to indicate morning and afternoon hours.
In the military, time is often displayed in 24-hour format to avoid confusion between AM and PM.
