Eligibility for the Program
The YSS Rooftop Garden program is open to adults aged 18 to 24.
The program runs for six months, giving participants a chance to gain experience and skills in a supportive environment.
Applicants don't need to be part of YSS services to be considered for the program.
Program participants earn $15 an hour, which is a decent wage for part-time work.
They also have 30-hour work weeks, which is a manageable schedule for many young adults.
